IBEW 435 Members at Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries,
Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries is implementing a new Northern Premium for all employees currently eligible to receive the existing Remoteness Allowance. This $2.00 hourly premium will be automatically applied to all hours worked.
This new hourly Northern Premium is in addition to the existing Remoteness Allowance outlined in our Collective Agreement (Appendix “A”)
The premium will be applied to hours worked effective March 1, 2026, and will appear on pay statements dated March 20, 2026.
