"Starting April 2026, the amount you pay toward your Civil Service Superannuation Board (CSSB) pension will go up by 0.5% of your earnings, each year for four years. The total increase is 2%.
Employer contributions will increase by the same amount.
You will see the first change on your April 17, 2026 pay statement. This gradual increase helps keep the pension plan strong over the long term."
